As the year is quickly coming to a close,
we hope everyone is doing well and staying energized!

The other day, we proudly held our annual Year-End Company Party, and it was a huge success!
This year, we chose the ever-popular beer restaurant “Baden Baden” in Nagaoka City as our venue.
We even had the pleasure of reserving the entire restaurant, making it a truly special occasion.

The party was held in a standing buffet style to encourage open and lively interaction among employees.
With its high ceilings and a warm yet modern atmosphere,
Baden Baden’s stylish and relaxing space created a refreshing setting—
a little different from our everyday work environment.

Even members who don’t usually get the chance to chat at length
enjoyed meaningful conversations, ranging from work-related topics to personal stories,
all while sharing delicious food and drinks and strengthening our team bonds.

Thanks to the free-flowing, casual atmosphere of the standing format,
the night was filled with smiles and laughter from start to finish.
This wonderful event was made possible by the dedication of our employees throughout the year
and the generous hospitality of Baden Baden.
