To foster internal communication, we hosted a bowling tournament featuring participants from various departments and age demographics. The event opened with a ceremonial first roll by the baseball team’s ace. The tournament proved to be highly engaging, with several employees demonstrating serious commitment by researching their bowling forms in advance.

The first game resulted in a tight contest, with the baseball team captain and a machining expert—returning to the sport after a 10-year hiatus—tying for the lead with a score of 131. The second game brought an unexpected turn as a new employee, who had placed last in the first round, made a significant comeback. Ultimately, a member of the tournament organizing committee secured the championship with the highest overall score of 143.

We intend to apply the teamwork cultivated through this event to our daily operations moving forward.
